The hotel was overall pretty good, it was in more calm location outside of some beachfront or really busy part of city, you are still in walkable distance to excellent beach or docks which are pretty busy place at night, you can also take bus easily to magaluf or palma for some better night life. Services at the hotel were good, cleaning of rooms was on point, food was good in general although for some people it can get repetitive, hotel facilities such as spa and pool were also pretty good but you needed to go pretty early for pool to get a bed otherwise people left the towels on them for whole day. Otherwise the staff was excellent.

Great location. Excellent restaurants close by. The room was great and was kept very clean with maid service every day. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

Great location to visit Palma. Free parking on site on a " first come, first serve" policy and direct bus to the city to avoid having to find parking in Palma. Quiet neighbourhood, with restaurants and supermarkets around the corner. A small beach is 5 min walk away. Fantastic breakfast and pleasant staff at the restaurant, bar and reception . The rooms are spacious, modern with a large balcony overlooking the pool/garden

The Hotel location was perfect. Lots of restaurants in the area, beach was walking distance less than 10mins. Supermarket nearby as well as walking spots. Room was modern, clean at its best. Staff were very friendly. We had to request a room change as the room given had no view this was accommodated on the spot we got moved from 1st floor to 4th floor with lovely view. Had to extend for another 2 nights as we loved our stay.

Hotel rooms look pretty modern with a really attractive bathroom. The location is pretty nice too if you want to head into the port or the nearby beaches. Minibar, small fridge, hangars, and your typical toiletries. The breakfast was included and it was okay, typical food for the English as there are many here your selections of hams fruit and a small Majorcan corner. Pool looked really nice but I didn't enjoy it as I was out pretty much all day. Parking costs here as there almost isn't any parking available.
